Grassfed Dexter Beef Heart is diced and immediately frozen for freshness.  A cheap but meaty addition to make our diced stewing steak go further in stews and pies. Also available to preorder a whole ox heart.

Diced heart is an ideal and cost effective addition to any recipe that calls for diced beef, especially slow cooked stews and chilies.
