Shipping policy

We will aim to deliver your order any time within five working days of the order being placed. In the event that we cannot fulfill the order within five working days, for whatever reason, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements or to issue a full refund.

We will despatch to the shipping address provided during the order process or otherwise provided in writing up until the day of despatch. We accept no responsibility for losses occurring because of incorrect shipping details provided.

We reserve the right to change the delivery method for any order up until the point of fulfillment.

We offer free national UK delivery to all UK mainland postcodes on all orders over £60 in value.

All others orders are subject to a delivery charge of £15 per order.

Our regular weekly delivery day is Wednesday, with orders dispatched from the farm by next day courier, on a Tuesday.

Free Local Delivery to York and the surrounding area (north of Rosewood Farm) will ordinarily be made on a Wednesday afternoon/evening or other times by prior arrangement. Other areas -weekdays.
