Grassfed Dexter Beef Mince - 500g

Individual 500g (1.1lb) packs of our finest minced grassfed Dexter beef.

Mince is the omnipresent cut of beef, it's possible to mince any part of the carcass but it usually comes from a combination of the trimmings from the process of producing cuts such as topside to the 'spare' parts such as flank, which don't make a such a good sized/shaped joint. Probably one of the cuts that doesn't need a serving suggestion!

Supplied frozen.
