T-Bone steaks include two of the most tender cuts of the carcass, fillet & sirloin, together in one steak. The cut comes from the hind end of the loin and consist of a cross section of sirloin, vertebral bone and fillet to make an impressive meaty steak. Season lightly with salt & pepper to really let the taste of our wildflower meadows come through in this wonderful plate filling steak.

Supplied frozen.
