Dexter Oxtail

Grassfed Dexter Oxtail is cut into sections, sold in half-tail packs. Oxtail requires no introduction and is synonymous with oxtail soup and stew.

There's little need for more ideas as, with only one from each animal, this is very much an occasional treat, but they can also be braised long and slow in Rioja and served with the freshest seasonal veg. 

Supplied frozen.
