Wings (4) - Pasture Raised Chicken Wings

Quite often the most overlooked part of a chicken. The options are endless however, spicy chicken wings as nibbles for your guests or battered and deep fried with a little chilli dipping sauce as a naughty started. 

Because our birds slowly mature and live an active life rummaging around in the soil for those tasty treats, they develop a larger carcass that those of a more intensively reared bird. This means larger wings and wings with more flavour.
