Grassfed Dexter Beef Rump Steak. Packs of 1 steak.

The versatile hind end steak, Rump can be large, so we pack them in singles, but being from a Dexter they're still manageable for most. If you can't manage a whole one to yourself, just cut it in half and soak the other piece in some red wine overnight, ala Delia. Meanwhile, using the rest of the bottle, make a quick sauce with mushrooms and  thyme and serve with buttery mash and some nice greenery like kale.
