Dexter Beef Picanha

Grassfed Dexter Beef Picanha steak. Packs of 1 steak.

As you may have guessed, Picanha isn't a Yorkshire word but this Brazilian cut of beef is becoming increasingly popular with meaty aficandos (see what I did there?). This tender, fatty steak is more traditionally known as 'rump cap' in the UK, but whatever you choose to call it the simplest preparations are the best. Season with plenty of salt and black pepper and show the picanha some heat, ideally over hot charcoal but there's nothing wrong with a grill pan either. Delicioso!
