Liver & Beef Mince - 250g

Individual 250g (1.1lb) packs of our finest minced grassfed Dexter beef including 25% liver.

Mince is the omnipresent cut of beef, it's possible to mince any part of the carcass but it usually comes from a combination of the trimmings from the process of producing cuts such as topside to the 'spare' parts such as flank, which don't make a such a good sized/shaped joint. Probably one of the cuts that doesn't need a serving suggestion!

Supplied frozen.
