Grassfed Dexter beef Rolled Chuck Roast Joint.

Working hard to pound the ground in search of the finest grasses and  sedges, this group of muscles are supposed to be in need of slow cooking, but noone has told our Dexters that, so we just roast it and it melts in the mouth. WARNING; incredibly moreish. place it in a locked cupboard and post yourself the key if you want cold cuts to last the week!
