Dexter Beef Kidney

Grassfed Dexter Beef Kidney is diced and immediately frozen for freshness.  A familiar feature of 'steak and kidney' pies and puddings. Also available to preorder as a whole ox kidney.

Kidneys require either very quick flash-frying or slow cooking to be enjoyed at their best and may be lightly seasoned with salt & black pepper, and served with dijon mustard, or 'deviled' in a sauce containing cayenne pepper & Worcestershire sauce.

Supplied frozen. Best defrosted in the fridge overnight. Supplied diced with core removed.
