Dexter Beef Short Ribs

Individual Grassfed Dexter beef Short Ribs.

Short Ribs are individual meaty ribs of beef cut from the flank,  next to the Short Rib Roast. Marinaded and slow cooked in a low oven, short ribs make a luxurious meal  out of a cheaper cut of beef. Serve in a sweet sticky sauce with rice or in their own juices with a little salt and more ribs!

Supplied frozen.
